Biography

Pop-punk outfit Patent Pending (aka the P-Unit) formed in Mount Sinai, NY (on Long Island), with the mantra "We mosh because we care" held close to their collective heart. The group was comprised of vocalist Michael Ragosta, guitarist Joe Ragosta, bassist Drew Buffardi, and drummer Anthony Mingoia, though each lovingly adopted Pending as their last name. They took their exuberant live show across the country for a few years, playing everywhere from coffeehouses and basements to side stages at ~the Warped Tour and ~Bamboozle to opening for the likes of Brand New and Taking Back Sunday.
