A WOMAN has avoided jail after being caught on her  knees performing a sex act  on her boyfriend inside a bank.

The drunk pair were in full view of passers-by including a girl of ten and  were filmed on CCTV — with his trousers round his ankles, a court heard.

Phillipa Botting and Gareth Healey, both 23, admitted outraging public  decency  in the foyer of a Lloyds TSB open for early-evening cashpoint  withdrawals.

A woman and her niece, ten, saw them and the “very upset” child said: “I can  see his long skinny thing and floppy bits.”
