TRUCKEE - It's not unusual for bears - especially juveniles - to wreak havoc at winter's end in Truckee, but it is surprising to see one at the wheel of a pickup.

According to the Truckee Police Department, a juvenile bear entered the cab of the unlocked truck Wednesday evening and was unable to get out when the door closed behind it.

Police officers arrived at the home, on St. Bernard Drive in the Tahoe Donner subdivision, and quickly released the frightened bear.

The People's Daily, the leading Chinese newspaper and mouthpiece for the ruling Communist Party, is getting a new headquarters. Its home-to-be is under construction in Beijing, and so far the scaffolding-covered building looks a lot like a giant ... well, see for yourself. Users on Sina Weibo, China's Twitter equivalent, are predictably amused by the massive erection — or at least they were, until censors blocked links to photos of the unfinished building. On the bright side, the big penis complements the nearby building "The Underpants," the nickname for the headquarters of TV broadcaster CCTV. Jim" I think a 12 year old designed this".

Men are sounding off about body piercings and, according to Cosmo, the overall consensus is piercings are hot ... just not all piercings! Here's what guys have to say about what's sexy and what's not when it comes to piercings:

• Ears: Ear piercing gets a unanimous vote of approval from men, probably because they are so mainstream and nearly every girl has them.
   
• Nose: A subtle nose piercing also gets the sexy stamp from men ... as long as it isn't a septum piercing – the skin in between your nostrils. That gets an absolute resounding NO!
   
• Belly Button: Believe it or not the belly piercing is still doing it for the dudes! If you've got the tummy for it, a belly piercing is hot!
   
• Nipples: The majority of guys said if she wants to pierce them go for it, but it's not necessary – so, neither a turn-on or a turn-off.
   
• Girly Bits: Mixed feelings about this one – the guys who like it are totally into it and the guys who don't are not into it at all!

BALTIMORE (WJZ)— A major gang bust is made inside Baltimore City’s jail system.

It was a brazen scheme to smuggle drugs and cell phones into Baltimore jails. More than two dozen people face federal charges, including corrections officers, some of whom got pregnant by the same inmate.
